Fred H. Burke is a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park, Robert H. Smith School of Business Class of 1979. Fred has been a practicing CPA since 1983 (Certificate #9595) and currently is a solo practitioner from his office in Fell’s Point. Fred has extensive experience with small businesses and complex individual tax returns and planning. Fred is a member of the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants.

Fred is the past Treasurer of Fell’s Point Main Street, a nonprofit business development organization.
